Upstarts Youth Theater, the resident company at Peabody Charter School in Santa Barbara, puts on a wacky and inspired play each year, the brainchild of Emma-Jane Huerta who writes and directs. This is the 15th iteration, and "Twisted" gives a whole new meaning to that Oliver chap's story, upholding a beloved and seriously funny/warped tradition.
